We had a lovely Xmas with our usual trip to Estaire ( where we used to live), and some friends in for turkey dinner. Am so glad I finally learned to make gravy a few years ago. I had a mental block about it!
These are the "stuffins" I made for dinner. They cook in muffin tins, and can be frozen. And of course are low in fat being made with egg whites and dried cranberries.
We had a successful Coupon Capers - making $600 for the local food bank. I was very pleased at the response. We have very generous members at our Quilt Guild.
Well must go - my DH has come to have his breakfast at the computer.
